Carvin is a North American manufacturer specializing in high-performance above-ground pools, pool pumps, and filtration systems. Since 2009, we’ve built a reputation for engineering pool products that blend cutting-edge design, long-term durability, and energy efficiency.
Our journey began with the acquisition of Competition Pool Inc., which held the Jacuzzi® pool equipment line previously owned by Cantar. After eight years manufacturing under the Jacuzzi® name, Carvin launched its own brand to lead with innovation and quality in the pool industry.
Built on Manufacturing Excellence
As part of Le Groupe VIF, Carvin benefits from over 50 years of plastic injection molding and manufacturing expertise. Our state-of-the-art, 180,000 sq. ft. facility in Canada includes:
- 34 injection molding machines, including 21 robotic units
- Blow molding capabilities
- Custom Wall machinery
- High-efficiency production lines and in-house R&D
This vertical integration gives us full control over every step of the process—from concept to final product—ensuring superior reliability and fast response to market needs.
Redefining the Above-Ground Pool Experience
In 2017, we launched our first above-ground pool series, entirely designed by our in-house team to introduce bold new architectural elements to the pool frame—resulting in a more refined and visually striking product. No detail was overlooked. We collaborated directly with pool installers to optimize every step of the installation process, making it easier and more efficient. At the same time, we elevated the aesthetic of the pool wall with realistic textures and impressive 3D effects.
Our innovation continues with the Star Series—accessories designed to bring the luxury of in-ground pools and spas to our above-ground pools.
